Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I exchange or return an order?

  • Enter your order number and email address or mobile number in the fields above and follow the steps.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines 
  • Simply print your Collect+ label and drop off your item at your closest Collect+ drop off point
  • Make sure to include your packing slip with your return so we know who it is from
  • If you receive a comfirmation receipt when you drop off you item at a Click & Collect drop off point, please ensure you keep it until you receive your refund
  • All exchanges will be shipped once the originall order is recieved and checked

 

Which items are returnable?

  • They must be in original condition
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Make-up/fake tan/ deodorant marks will not be accepted

 

 

When do I need to request a return?

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not email requesting a return after this date has passed. It will not be possible to return any items after 14 days of recieving your order. 

 

When do I need to send the return?

You must drop off your order within 14 days of recieving the free shipping label. Orders dropped off at the Collect+ point after this 14 day window, will be charged the full shipping fee of £7.99.

 

Are there any charges for a return or exchange?

  • There is a flat fee of £3.99 for all returns.
  • Returns requested and not recieved within the 14 day return period will be charged for the shipping fee (£7.99)
  • All exchanges are free
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
